Original door set in exceptional condition with both entry and passage size knobs. Matching hard to find full size decorative door plates with lion heads retaining their swinging key covers. Large heavy duty Newman mortise lock with bronze face in perfect condition, locking section is intact but key is long gone. This would make a great entry set in conjunction with a separate dead bolt lock for security.
Mortise lock has reversible latch so set can be mounted on either side of door.
Face of mortise lock measures 7-1/4” x 1” Lock body 5” high x 3-1/2” deep x 5/8”, Has a 3” back-set {distance from center of knob to lock face}
Both door plates are 8-1/2” x 2” with 2-1/2” and 2-1/4” knobs.
