May be the rarest among the doggie knobs, shank is dated Pat. Oct.12 1886. When found this style usually has a good bit of ware due to head protruding from knob, this passage size is in excellent condition with only slight usage ware across brow, there are no dents, nicks, or scratches on knob. Retains full manufactures markings around shank with all letters and date crystal clear. Lots of pictures to show condition.
Measures 2-1/4” in dia. uses a threaded ¼”spindle with an 11/16” removable step down shank that shows some tiny usage marks.
