Antique “T” handle fist with back plate, originally this fist was used as a handle for a floor safe. Fist is 1-1/2” wide with bar 4” 1-1/4” high and 2-1/4” deep. 4” tapered spindle that’s pined onto handle with threaded end. Original bronze rosette is 2-1/4” dia.

Original hard to find cast bronze fist/handle. The attached iron spindle almost slides through an entry size hub. With a little grinding on a wheel, could easily trim spindle to fit either a passage or entry mortise lock. Would make a great looking doorknob has original finish is approx. 150 years old.
