Original Russell & Erwin Entry Lock-Set

Extremely hard to find a set this complete of this quality in amazing condition, very little if any ware, only natural aged patina. Back of both entry knobs still have all of the mfg. markings as if seldom used, even entry lock operates like new, key long gone but locking parts are there. Mortise lock dated Sept. 12th 71. Lock face 7-1/8” x 1-1/8” Mortise body 5-1`/8” high x 3-3/8” deep x 5/8” Has a 2-3/4” backset {measurement from lock face to center of knob} Entry plate 8” x 2-3/4” Triangular Plate 4-3/4” x 2-1/2” and dated 1870. Small key escutcheon 2-1/2” x 1-1/2” night latch 1-3/8” Both entry knobs 2-1/2” and dated 1870. Lots of pix’s.
